Ahsinger qualifies for women's trampoline final at 2021 Brescia World Cup, will look to earn Olympic berth for U.S. women Saturday

World team silver medalist Aliaksei Shostak of Lafayette, La./Elite Trampoline Academy led the way for the American men. Shostak's 108.870 landed him 10th and the first reserve for tomorrow's men's final. Fellow World silver medalist Jeffrey Gluckstein of Atlantic Highlands, N.J./Elite Trampoline Academy (106.195) and T&T National Team member Cody Gesuelli of Huntsville, Ala./Merino Trampoline Gymnastics Academy (105.855) were 21st and 24th, respectively.
Ahsinger's finals performance could qualify the U.S. for a spot in the women's trampoline competition at the upcoming Tokyo Olympic Games. The final kicks off Saturday at 9:45 a.m. ET. Ahead of the women's final, the pairs of Ahsinger/Stevens and Gluckstein/Shostak will compete in synchronized trampoline, beginning 4:15 a.m. ET.
