USA Gymnastics has announced the international assignments for members of the U.S. Men’s National Team through April 2019. The Men’s Program Committee selected the athletes and coaches following the conclusion of the 2019 Winter Cup Challenge.

The teams representing Regions 1, 4 and 7 at the 2019 Elite Team Cup, which features the country’s top junior elite male gymnasts in a regional team competition, are the final three in the nine-team field.

The February Women’s National Team Training Camp gets underway Thursday at EVO Athletics in Sarasota, Fla., with 35 gymnasts who are members of the U.S. National Team or invited athletes.

Six gymnasts from three invitationals qualified over the weekend for the 2019 Nastia Liukin Cup, scheduled for March 1 at the Greensboro (N.C.) Coliseum. The 2019 Nastia Liukin Cup Series wraps up at the Greensboro (N.C.) Gymnastics Invitational on Feb. 27, when the last two participants qualify.

For World gold-medalist Grace McCallum and junior national champion Leanne Wong, success at the March 2 American Cup is just the beginning of what they’re hoping to accomplish this year..

Competition begins Friday in the 2019 Rhythmic Challenge, which runs Feb. 22-24 at Shortridge High School in Indianapolis, Ind.
