Information about 2008-09 Member Services forms

In an effort to become more environmentally friendly, USA Gymnastics will not be mailing forms out to the clubs this year. Instead, all of the information that you need to prepare for the new season is included on a CD.

The CDs should arrive at the clubs around August 15th. The disc will include all of the 2008-2009 membership forms, as well as information regarding USA Gymnastics University courses and registration forms, background check information, sanctioning procedures, information for each program and much more. All of the information is also currently available through this web site.

Please also remember that there is always a $5 discount when members are registered using the online registration system. The online registration system is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. This discount is also applied toward educational courses. Effective August 1, 2008 ALL in-house processing will include a $5 processing fee.

It is also important to note that beginning October 1, 2008 the USA Gymnastics National Office will be moving to a new location. The Member Services phone numbers and email addresses will be remaining the same, but the office address will be changing.
