Position is based at USA Gymnastics Headquarters – Indianapolis, Indiana

General Description
The Trampoline & Tumbling Program Manager is responsible to provide support and assist the program’s personnel with all Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) activities. This individual will report to the Trampoline & Tumbling Program Director. This position will lead USA Gymnastics efforts in the promotion of a safe, healthy training environment for all participants, and will promote compliance with and enforcement of applicable USA Gymnastics rules, policies, and safe sport provisions in the gymnastics community.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be knowledgeable about the T&T program to provide accurate and timely communication internally with office staff, and externally to the T&T membership.
  • Manage the organization of all T&T program paperwork, maintain event files and monitor reports as directed.
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics for all events and camps, including registration, payments, forms, waivers, etc.
  • Assist with the planning and on-site management for all program related events and activities.
  • Assist with domestic and international travel for meetings, events and competitions.
  • Prepare delegation materials for international competitions.
  • Keep the website current for T&T committee minutes, program rules and policies, athlete listings and other essential information.
  • Order, inventory and disseminate National Team apparel as directed.
  • Manage and maintain FIG Licenses.
  • Liaise with other USA Gymnastics departments to complete projects.
  • Process results from T&T judges’ courses and upload certifications.
  • Manage Trampoline Development Center (TDC) activities as directed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidate should have a bachelor degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Olympic Sports and/or Gymnastics preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Travel and work on nights/weekends will be required.
