General Description
The Member Services Representative is responsible for direct interaction with USA Gymnastics’ members, providing outstanding customer service for all incoming calls and inquiries, reporting to the Director of Member Services. This position will lead USA Gymnastics efforts in the promotion of a safe, healthy training environment for all participants, and will promote compliance with and enforcement of applicable USA Gymnastics rules, policies, and safe sport provisions in the gymnastics community.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer busy 800 phone line that assists members with a variety of membership needs, educational requirements, and USA Gymnastics website navigation.
  • Handle all inquiries [telephone, fax, email, mail] to maintain customer service satisfaction.
  • Data entry processing for membership, sanctions, education, etc.
  • E-mail communication to members.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the organization and directives.
  • Assist with other projects within the Member Services department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Analyze situations, identify and resolve problems
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
