Important Information:

  1. Reminder for Challenge Coaches only: Meeting at 9:30 pm on Wednesday evening in registration room (Gold Room).
  2. Difficulty/Artistry Forms: 5 copies of each event for Invitational participants; 13 of each event for Challenge participants. Participants will be given credentials only with a complete set of forms handed in at registration.
  3. Coaches’ Attire: All coaches are required to be in a club or National Team warm-up and athletic shoes for all competitions and trainings.
  4. Coaches’ Seminars: A ton of work has been prepared specifically for our athletes with their specific competition schedule, etc. Coaches are expected to attend both days!
    Thursday: 11am-12noon: Invited: Coaches, Parents and Gymnasts: USOC athletic trainer Beth Darling, former US rhythmic World team member, who has worked with US NT rhythmic athletes, will will present on rhythmic-based injury prevention, recovery methods, and training plans for peak performance.
    Friday: 11am-12noon: Invited: COACHES and NT athletes: USOC athletic trainer Peter Toohey, who has also worked with US NT rhythmic athletes, will present on rhythmic-based injury prevention, recovery methods, and training plans for peak performance.
  5. National Team Training: NT training sessions are open to Invitational gymnasts, coaches and judges. All spectators must be seated in the bleachers and must respect the work environment. Training times: Thursday and Friday: 8am-1pm; Saturday 6pm-9pm.
