Nominations are now being accepted for the Elite Program Committee Chair

The Trampoline and Tumbling Elite Program Committee (TTEPC) is made up of six members. The Trampoline Coaches Representative, Double-Mini/Tumbling Coaches Representative, and the Trampoline & Tumbling Athlete Representative represent the three voting members. In addition to the voting members the Elite Committee Chair, The Trampoline & Tumbling Program Director, and Trampoline and Tumbling Program Committee Chair have ex-officio, voice/no vote positions on this committee.

The TTEPC is responsible for all elite athlete and coach selection procedures as well as National Team elite athlete training, development and support. The annual review, revision, and submission of the Rules & Policies and the Code of Points pertaining to the Elite Program are also the responsibility of this committee. This committee works closely with the Program Director, Program Manager and the T&T High Performance Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Elite Chair, include but are not limited to:

  • Organized and conduct the meetings and conference calls of the TTEPC.
  • Secure, correlate, and disseminate agenda items for meetings and conference calls in advance of the meetings and calls.
  • Coordinate with USA Gymnastics on meeting location/times and advise the TTEPC of these arrangements in advance.
  • Play an active role in the various TTEPC sub-committees, if any, and coordinate their reports.
  • Provide leadership for a visible, viable relationship with USA Gymnastics, the TTPC, and the TTEPC and other related groups.
  • Provide oversight and record keeping of the elite mobility system
  • The Elite Chair is also a voting member of the Trampoline and Tumbling Program Committee (TTPC)


Criteria for Nomination:

  • Must be at least 21 years old, and in good standing for at least four (4) consecutive years prior to the nomination.
  • Must be currently active in National Team activities as a coach of an athlete.
  • Must have been a primary coach of an athlete who has competed at the World Championships, Olympic Games, or World Age Group Competition in the current or last quadrennial cycle.


Nominations must be submitted by May 4, 2015.
