INDIANAPOLIS, July 17, 2013 – 1996 Olympic team gold-medalist Amanda Borden and Samantha Peszek, 2007 World team gold medalist and 2011 NCAA balance beam champion, will provide analysis and commentary for the 2013 Secret U.S. Classic webcast. The Secret U.S. Classic, the final women's qualifying event for the P&G Gymnastics Championships, is scheduled for July 27 at the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, Ill., and USA Gymnastics will provide a free webcast of both the junior, 1 p.m. CT, and senior, 6 p.m. CT, sessions at SecretClassic.com/live.

2012 Olympic team champion Jordyn Wieber is expected to attend the Secret U.S. Classic and will be a special guest on the webcast, as well as sign autographs at P&G's booth, courtesy of Secret Clinical Strength, on the concourse from 5-6 p.m. CT. Autographs are on a first-come, first-served basis, and due to expected high interest, organizers estimate that approximately the first 300 will have an opportunity for autographs. Two of Wieber's Olympic teammates – McKayla Maroney of Long Beach, Calif./All-Olympia Gymnastics, and Kyla Ross of Aliso Viejo, Calif./Gym-Max – are expected to compete in the Secret U.S. Classic in the senior competition.

The webcast will be available worldwide free of charge. Following the competition, the webcast, along with every routine competed, will be archived on the USA Gymnastics YouTube channel.

Many of the country's top gymnasts use the Secret U.S. Classic as a final tune-up for the P&G Gymnastics Championships, while other gymnasts are hoping to qualify for the national championships.

USA Gymnastics is partnering with World Sport Chicago on this event. The two organizations have worked together on the 2009 American Cup, the 2009-10 Chicago Cup, and the U.S. Classic since 2010.

The 2013 P&G Gymnastics Championships, scheduled for Aug. 15-18 in Hartford, Conn., determines the U.S. champions for men's and women's artistic gymnastics. Tickets are currently on sale. Go to usagym.org for more information.
