USA Gymnastics would like to thank the gymnasts who helped demonstrate the new Junior Olympic compulsory routines at the National Compulsory Workshops in Orlando, Fla., and Reno, Nev., held earlier this month. The gymnasts, selected from the gyms of the Junior Olympic National Clinicians, spent a lot of time in training to learn the new compulsories for the demonstrations.
Here is a full list of the gymnasts who demonstrated the new routines at the Compulsory Workshops.

- Sophie Yoder - Level 10 at Arizona Sunrays in Phoenix, Ariz., 12 years old, has trained the new compulsories since May and has done gymnastics since she was 3 years old.
Laura Kingrey - Level 9 at Folgers Gymnastics in Kansas City, Kan., 13 years old, started training for the compulsories about a year ago.
Michaela Nelson - Level 10 at Hill's Gymnastics in Gaithersburg, Md., 15 years old, began working on the floor routines in the fall of 2009.
Alexis Frankowsky - Level 10 at Niagara Gymnastics in Buffalo, N.Y., 16 years old, has trained for the compulsories since May.
Leah Eller - Level 10 at Hill's Gymnastics in Gaithersburg, Md., 13 years old, began working on the compulsories two-and-a-half years ago.
Alyssa Alashari - Level 8 at Geddert's Twistars USA in Lansing, Mich., 10 years old, has been practicing for the compulsories for a while during regular practice.
