Three-time Olympian Bart Conner will be inducted into the Oklahoma Heritage Association's Oklahoma Hall of Fame on Nov. 15 in Tulsa. The 1984 Olympic team and parallel bars gold medalist is one of seven inductees in the 85th induction class to receive the highest honor Oklahomans can attain for their contributions to the state.

Conner, who attended the University of Oklahoma, is the only American gymnast to win gold medals at every level of national and international competition. He was an Olympic, World, U.S., World Cup, Pan American and NCAA champion during his decorated career.

Conner is a motivational speaker and has worked as an expert announcer for every major television network. He is involved with several charities, including the Executive Board of Special Olympics International, where he serves as vice chair, and the Board of Directors of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. He has been inducted into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame, U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame and the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame. Conner is married to Olympic champion Nadia Comaneci and they have one son.

Joining Conner to make up the remainder of the Oklahoma Hall of Fame Class of 2012 are Suzanne Warren, Stan Clark, Tom L. Ward, Lee R. West and Ronald H. White. Edith Kinney Gaylord will be inducted posthumously.
