If a qualified athlete from Regional Championships withdrawals from the 2023 Development Program National Championship, Eastern Championships or Western Championships due to an injury or any other reason, no refund will be given. If an athlete petitions to the 2023 Development Program National Championship, Eastern Championships or Western Championships and his petition is not approved or petitioned athlete is unable to get medical clearance prior to the event, the petitioned athlete will receive a 100% refund of entry fee paid.
