Daija Stevenson - Air Force
Air Force junior Daija Stevenson (Atlanta, GA) had a career night, scoring a career-best and MPSF season-high 39.300, while helping the Falcons to their best score of the season (193.900) against San Jose State (Mar. 20). Stevenson’s first-place 9.900 on the floor was a career-best and personal overall high since joining the program. Her 9.875 first-place finish on the balance beam was also a career-best, while she tied her season-high on the bars with a 9.775. Her efforts on the vault lifted the Falcons to the MPSF’s best team score of the season in the event (48.475). This is the ninth career MPSF weekly award for Stevenson, seventh this year.

Specialist of the Week
Lauren Macpherson - San Jose State
San Jose State freshman Lauren Macpherson (Gilbert, AZ) tied for first-place on the vault with a career-high-tying 9.800 at Air Force (Mar. 20). She also tied for third on floor by matching another career-high of 9.800, and helped the Spartans record an MPSF season-best total 194.475. This is the fourth career MPSF weekly award for Macpherson, all in succession.

Freshman of the Week
Emma Milne - San Jose State
San Jose State sophomore Emma Milne (Barrie, Ontario, Canada) tied for first-place on the balance beam with a season-high 9.875 at Air Force (Mar. 20). She added a 9.80 on the uneven bars to help the Spartans to a season-best 48.775 in the event. Milne’s two routines also helped San Jose State to an MPSF season-high 194.475 total. This is the fourth career MPSF weekly award for Milne.

All-Around
Annie Corbett - Gustavus Adolphus
Corbett (So., Brookfield, Wis./East) had a season-high night in Gustavus' 183.725-181.325 victory over UW-Eau Claire on March 18. She was the high scoring Gustie in three events and second in the other. Corbett took home first place on the vault, uneven bars and all-around. Additionally, she placed third on floor and fifth on beam. On top of leading the team on these events, her vault (9.500), uneven bars (9.375), floor exercise (9.450) and all-around (37.450) were all season-high scores. On the balance beam, Corbett tallied a 9.125. Her performance helped the Golden Gusties record season-high event totals on all four events and best their previous season-high team score by over six points.

Specialist
Trinity Sawyer - UW-Oshkosh
Sawyer (So., Alpharetta, Ga./Northview) took first place on the vault and second on the uneven bars during UW-Oshkosh’s 188.100-181.900 victory over visiting Winona State University (Minn.) on March 18. Sawyer defeating 11 other challengers on the vault with her winning and season-best score of 9.775. UW-Oshkosh teammates Emily Buffington and Haley Volstad finished second to Sawyer with a figure of 9.30. Sawyer compiled a second-place and season-best score of 9.50 on the uneven bars. UW-Oshkosh’s Buffington won the event with a grade of 9.625.
