Gymnast of the Week awards are given by conference offices. More will be added throughout the week as they become available.

Shane Wiskus - Minnesota
  • Earned three event titles to help Minnesota finish second at the Windy City Invitational
  • Finished first on floor (14.200), parallel bars (14.300) and in the all-around (83.550), highlighted by the highest all-around and parallel bar scores in the nation this season
  • Added a second-place finish on the still rings (13.900) and a third-place finish on the pommel horse (13.500)
Freshman of the Week
Justin Ah Chow - Ohio State
  • Competed in four events in his collegiate debut, helping the Buckeyes finish second against competed in four events Oklahoma and Arizona State
  • Claimed second on parallel bars with a 13.900 score
  • Finished sixth on the pommel horse (12.900) and the vault (14.250)

Gymnast of the Week
Mathew Davis – Army
Mathew Davis posted the top all-around score by outpointing Penn State's Brennan Pantazis 76.450-74.750. He added the meet's top score on parallel bars with a 13.200. It marks the second consecutive event this season in which Davis has topped the parallel bars leader board.

Specialist of the Week
Lucas Beltran – Navy
The senior floor exercise and vault specialist was at the forefront of the Mids's effort on Saturday as the team won the 2020 Navy Open. In a day in which the Mids scored 408.8 points (the second-highest score in all of NCAA in 2020), Beltran lead the way with first-place results on the floor exercise (14.15) and the vault (14.8). In a well-rounded team effort, he was the only Mid to win multiple events as they out-scored the four-team field by 26.0 points.

Rookie of the Week
Giovanni Gambatese - Navy
In his first collegiate meet, Gambatese competed on three events and placed top-seven on all three apparatuses. He was second on the rings (13.2); fifth on the parallel bars (12.95) and seventh on the high bar (12.55).

Gymnast of the Week
Brody Malone - Stanford
Stanford sophomore Brody Malone (Summerville, GA) guided the C ar di nal to a first-place finish against No. 10 California and No. 11 Air Force (Jan. 18). Malone finished top-five in four of the six events en route to capturing the all-around title with a score of 81.900. He won the parallel bars title (14.200) and finished second on pommel horse (13.550) and vault (14.550). Malone finished the week ranked seventh nationally among NCAA gymnasts in the all-around (80.375), second on parallel bars (14.275), and fourth on vault (14.625).
