Player of the Week
Heather Hovander – Azusa Pacific
Hovander and Azusa Pacific made a late surge in the second half to upend Quinnipiac, 283.170-282.860 on Tuesday. The senior was a critical component of the Azusa Pacific comeback, helping anchor 9.85 scores both as part of a team (synchronized pyramid) and as an individual (six-element pass). Hovander finalized a stellar meet with a meet-high 9.95 in compulsory toss, identical 9.80 scores in six-element acro and inversion pyramid along with a 9.60 in duo pass.

Specialist of the Week
Hannah Steffen – Azusa Pacific
Steffen excelled for the Cougars in a win over Quinnipiac, participating in the team's highest scoring heat in acro and pyramid while tacking on the best tumbling score for Azusa Pacific. The senior logged a 9.85 in the synchronized pyramid and a 9.80 in the six-element acro and inversion pyramid before capping the meet with a 9.90 in the open pass.

Freshman of the Week
Breana Clarke – Converse College
Clarke helped the Valkyries score a win over Georgetown as Converse logged season-best event scores in compulsory (36.9), pyramid (29.35), toss (27.5) and tumbling (53.45). Clarke helped the Valkyries to a 9.85 in compulsory toss and a 9.5 in quad tumbling, nailing a heat with a 9.5 start value.
