TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Wednesday, July 26.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received prior to July 26, 2023, will result in a full registration minus a $30 credit card processing fee. Cancellation request received after July 26, 2023, will result in a partial refund of registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after September 1, 2023.
