Worley is the daughter of Lamont, a rancher, and Debbie, a court reporter. She won a speech oration contest, competing on four different levels. She was homeschooled through middle school. She has done modeling jobs for several companies, including Disney, Tupperware and Lands' End. She has also done commercials with Disney and Universal. Worley would like to become a veterinarian in the future. Her older sister is a collegiate gymnast, competing for Eastern Michigan University.
