Flight Details
Flight details for two travel groups have been sent directly to coaches. All athletes and coaches are responsible for their own transportation to Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport on Nov 19 for departure to Monterrey. You must allow 2-2.5 hours between your flight to Houston and the departure to Monterrey. Likewise, when booking your return flight from Houston to your home airport, allow at least 2-2.5 hours between flights to allow for delays.

If anyone is deviating from thieir itinerary in any way, we must know by Oct 4!

Be aware that NO adjustments in cost will be issued for travelers who choose to deviate from their group flight itinerary!

Support Staff
We will be traveling with Bobby Boswell, athletic trainer, and Matt McCall, designated security director, for the safety and well-being of our athletes and other delegation members.

Tariff Sheets
Due Oct. 29
All tariff sheets must be submitted through the “Online Tariff Sheet Manager” (OTSM) by Oct 29. Please upload tariff sheets in the “PAGU” folder for your club.

Due Oct. 11
For each music track, you will upload the music in MP3 format to the OTSM. Any other formats beside MP3 will be removed for your correction. Label each file as follows:
Any tracks labeled incorrectly will be removed for your correction.
Coaches should bring back-up copies of their athlete’s music on a USB, labeled as listed above.

Also due by Oct 11: Each club must send me the following information via email about each of their music tracks:
Athlete names, routine (B,D,or C), Composer, Title, Artist/Interpreter, Voice/Words (yes or no).
Please gather all this info about all your music into one organized document and email to me.

All delegation members must present their passport at airports and for accreditation. Please advise your athletes and coaches to leave a color copy of their passport at home so that someone not traveling with them will have quick access to it in case it is lost in travel.

Travel Waivers
Minors traveling without parents will not be allowed entry into Mexico without a notarized letter of permission from custodial parents. For information about travel to & from Mexico for US Citizens, CLICK HERE. Further information about documents required for travel will be forthcoming – please look for an email and for this space to be updated.

Everyone has received the order form for attire from Carrie Tennis. If you already received the package last year, you only need to order the additional items listed for PAGU. Items will be distributed at NTTC. Footwear for seniors are red Nike and will also be distributed at camp. Other athletes/coaches are encouraged (but not required) to also wear red Nike athletic shoes.

The following dress code must be followed during all training, warm-up and competition sessions.
  • During training, girls may wear leotards, and boys may wear shorts and t-shirts.
  • Girls may wear black bike shorts or leggings during training or warm-up sessions
  • Girls should not have any exposed undergarments or straps. Black or color-coordinated to leo t-back sports bra is acceptable.
  • Complete NT warm up suit must be worn to and from the venue unless a change is made by the HOD on a day-by-day basis.
