Participants:
Space is limited to 100 athletes in the priority listed above.
  • You may register your partnerships on the dates noted above. Any athletes registered before their assigned date will be removed from the registration.
  • Athletes may be registered any time on or after the appropriate dates above, but if registered after their assigned date, they may be waitlisted regardless of their original priority. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU REGISTER YOUR GROUPS ON TIME!
  • A waiting list will be offered but does not guarantee a spot for attendance.
Training Camp Expectations:
There will be open training on Friday November 1st from 4:00-7:00 in the evening, during which personal coaches will be responsible for structuring their own athletes’ workout, for the length of time they prefer. All athletes and personal coaches will attend a mandatory welcome meeting on Friday at 8:00 PM. All camp participants will have two training sessions each day on Saturday and Sunday, and one training session each on Monday. Camp will serve as a training and preparation opportunity for the 2019-2020 competition season, with focus on preparation for PAGU and BIAC assignments. National team Coaching Staff will be evaluating proof of readiness of National team pair/groups for their given assignments.

Pair groups will be divided into training groups by age group and discipline. Training groups will rotate through the clinicians based on the assigned schedule. All should be prepared to run one or two routines at camp. Clinicians may watch routines and provide feedback and critiques. Please bring music and tariff sheets. Other training time will focus on skill/technique work and artistry.

Personal Coaches are expected to attend and actively participate in every session with their athletes as well as any sessions designated for coaches. All attending coaches must attend all coaches’ meetings. Personal coaches and/or chaperones are responsible for their athletes outside of training times as well.

Schedule:
  • Day 1 – November 1, 2019: Arrivals. Open training 4:00-7:00 PM. Dinner following training. Welcome Meeting 8:00 PM.
  • Day 2/3 – November 2,3: Four training sessions each day (2 for each pair/ group) 1 coach-only session each day.
  • Day 4 – November 4: Two morning training sessions (1 per pair/group), departures to be scheduled in the afternoon. Flights should be scheduled after 2:00pm to allow enough time for travel to the airport from the training camp.

Cost (per person):
Athlete = $350.00 registration fee
Coach = $310.00 registration fee

Transportation:
  • Athletes and Coaches are responsible for flights and transportation to and from the event. Please keep in mind current Safe Sport travel policies.
  • Phoenix (PHX) the recommended airport.
Attire/Apparel:
National Team members and their coaches are allowed and encouraged to wear USA and National Team apparel.
