Participants:
  • Future Stars – Athletes selected to the Future Stars Program (JO Levels 8-10)
    • All athletes must be accompanied by a coach
    • All athletes must be registered as Athlete Members
    • All coaches must have an active and current Professional Membership
    The Future Stars program is intended to identify talented athletes exhibiting a strong caliber and quality participating in the JO Track (Levels 8, 9, & 10) and encourage their continuation and growth in Acrobatic Gymnastics program. Future Stars athletes are invited to attend a Future Stars Training Camp. This program will help to support both athletes and their coaches by providing dedicated training and education opportunities. The goal is to recognize up-and-coming athletes and focus on developing skills to progress to the elite levels.

    Schedule:
    • Day 1 – Arrivals, all attendees should be at the Training Center by 6:00 PM for a required welcome meeting and group activity. Flights should arrive no later than 3:00pm to allow enough time to drive to the NTTC.
    • Day 2/3 – Two athlete & coach training sessions, 1 or 2 coach only sessions, and evening activities for all athletes.
    • Day 4 – Morning training session, departures to be scheduled in the afternoon. Flights should be scheduled after 3:00pm to allow enough time for travel to the airport from the NTTC.
    Accommodations/Registration:
    • Cost (per person):
      • Athlete = $375.00 ($240.00 accommodations/$135.00 reg. fee)
      • Coach = $325.00 ($240.00 accommodations/$85.00 reg. fee)
        • Fee includes: training camp, lodging (3 nights), and meals. Dinner will be provided on the arrival day, breakfast and a sack lunch will be provided on the departure day.
      • Registration information will be posted on the Acrobatic section of the USA Gymnastics website, under ‘Acrobatic Events’.
      • There is a very limited number of spots available, and registration will immediately close when maximum number of registrations has been reached. Waitlist will be offered, but does not guarantee a spot for attendance.
      • Refund Policy
        • Full Refund – if medical documents are provided
        • Partial Refund ($30 Admin Fee) – If canceled 15 days prior to the start of the event
        • No Refund is given between the start of the event and within the 15 days prior to the start of the event
      Transportation:
      Athletes and Coaches are responsible for flights and transportation to and from the NTTC.
      • George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is the recommended airport (75 minutes from NTTC)
      • William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is another option (100 minutes from NTTC).
