  • Open Camp – Athletes from levels 6-Elite who were not selected to a team or program
    • All athletes must be accompanied by a coach
    • All athletes must be registered as Athlete Members
    • All coaches must have an active and current Professional Membership
    • Athlete Minimum Age: Eight (8) years
  • Coaches – Coaches who wish to attend camp without bringing an athlete are invited to attend
    • All coaches must have an active and current Professional Membership
The Acrobatic Open Camp will work with new, up and coming, and experienced coaches and provide an opportunity for athletes levels 6-Elite to receive coaching from top level clinicians within the Acrobatic discipline. Coaches will have separate training sessions to learn about routine construction, training plans, techniques, tariff sheet review/creation and more.

  • Day 1 – Arrivals, everyone should be at the Training Center by 6:00 PM for a required welcome meeting and group activity. Flights should arrive no later than 3:00pm to allow enough time to drive to the NTTC.
  • Day 2/3 – Two athlete & coach training sessions, 1 or 2 coach only sessions, and evening activities for all athletes.
  • Day 4 – Morning training session, departures to be scheduled in the afternoon. Flights should be scheduled after 3:00pm to allow enough time for travel to the airport from the NTTC.
  • Cost (per person):
    • Athlete = $375.00 ($240.00 accommodations/$135.00 reg. fee)
    • Coach = $325.00 ($240.00 accommodations/$85.00 reg. fee)
      • This is the cost for each attending athlete and coach. Fee includes: training camp, lodging (3 nights), and meals. Dinner will be provided on the arrival day, breakfast and a sack lunch will be provided on the departure day.
  • Registration information will be posted on the Acrobatic section of the USA Gymnastics website, under ‘Acrobatic Events’.
  • There is a very limited number of spots available, and registration will immediately close when maximum number of registrations has been reached. Waitlist will be offered, but does not guarantee a spot for attendance.
  • Refund Policy
    • Full Refund – if medical documents are provided
    • Partial Refund (minus a $30 administrative fee) – if written notice is given at least 15 days prior to the start of each event
    • No Refund is given between the start of the event and within the 15 days prior to the start of the event.
Athletes and Coaches are responsible for flights and transportation to and from the NTTC.
  • George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is the recommended airport (75 minutes from NTTC)
  • William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is another option (100 minutes from NTTC).
