PAMPLONA, Spain (November 8, 2025) – Ruben Padilla became a three-time world champion Saturday, taking gold in men’s double mini trampoline for the third straight time as teammate West Fowler claimed bronze at the 2025 Trampoline World Championships in Spain.
Padilla was best from start to finish in the men’s DMT final, leading after the first round with a 30.600 and improving his score to win the title with a phenomenal 31.300, taking the competition by 1.1 points. He becomes the first American athlete to win three World double mini titles overall and did so in consecutive World Championships (2022, ’23 and ’25). Fowler joined Padilla on the double mini podium, earning bronze with a 28.800. Independent athlete Mikhail Zalomin was in silver position with a 29.200.
Now a double gold medalist in Pamplona after the men’s team DMT gold on Friday, Padilla also qualified to Sunday’s individual trampoline final. His score of 61.790 on Saturday advanced him to the final in fifth position.

In the men’s tumbling final Saturday night, Kaden Brown turned in a 30.200 to lead the competition heading into the four-man second round, where he placed fourth with a 14.000. Fowler also competed in the men’s tumbling final, finishing sixth in the first round with a 27.600. Australia’s Ethan McGuinness won the competition with a 26.900. On the women’s side, Tia Taylor competed in the first final and placed sixth overall with a 24.100. Independent athlete Arina Kalinandra won with a 27.300.
Two American women also were in action in the women’s double mini final. Kennedi Roberts was second in the first round with a 27.400 and finished the competition fourth with a 25.200 in the second round. Susan Gill landed sixth in Final 1 with a 27.100. Melania Rodriguez of Spain was first with a 26.700.
In mixed synchronized trampoline, Sarah Webster and Ryan Maccagnan were sixth (48.400) in a competition won by Independent athletes Katsiaryna Yarshova and Stanislau Yaskevich (51.310). The men’s trampoline team of Padilla, Maccagnan, Aliaksei Shostak and Elijah Vogel also finished sixth with 13 points in a competition won by Independent athletes Ivan Litinovich, Sebastsyan Stankevich, Andrei Builou and Stanislau Yaskevich.
In individual trampoline qualifying rounds, Webster was 20th in women’s qualifying (52.400) and Shostak placed 16th in the men’s round (59.320).
Competition in Pamplona concludes Sunday with Padilla in the men’s individual final. Other finals on Sunday are women’s and men’s synchronized trampoline, women’s individual trampoline and the all-around team final.
