COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (October 25, 2022) – Members of the Men’s Level 8 and Level 9 Development Teams gathered for camp October 19-23 at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

Gymnasts in attendance focused on routine construction in preparation of the upcoming season. Sequences with upgraded skills were evaluated to determine their difficulty scores. Athletes also worked to show improvement in the areas of flexibility and strength and conditioning.

Outside of the gym, camp participants received an introduction to sports psychology, including mental tools they can apply during training and competition. Gymnasts were also able to enjoy the Colorado landscape when they ventured to nearby Garden of the Gods.
