Mark your calendars for National Gymnastics Day, taking place September 20, 2025! With USA Gymnastics membership booming and U.S. athletes and teams more successful than ever, there is so much to celebrate this #NGD2025!
Each year on National Gymnastics Day, we encourage gymnastics clubs throughout the U.S. to provide fun and interactive activities, including open houses and free or low-cost introductory classes, to increase exposure to the sport.
At Your Club:
- Visit the National Gymnastics Day website to find a range of resources to share with your club members, including an #NGD2025 certificate, several new activity pages, and coloring pages.
- Encourage athletes and coaches to list their favorite moments from their own recent practices and competitions, and what they loved about those moments.
- Celebrate the concept of teamwork and talk about how it helps athletes excel!
- Host an open house to encourage your community to find out more about your club and the sport!
Social Media Promotion:
- Snap a photo or video of your athletes, coaches and/or parents with the banner and post on your public Instagram, X, Facebook and/or TikTok accounts on Saturday, September 20, using the hashtag #NGD2025. We encourage you to have fun and be creative!
- To make the celebration even sweeter, USA Gymnastics partners will offer prizes to a randomly selected USA Gymnastics Member club who posts a photo with the banner, the #NGD2025 hashtag, and tags our partners. Watch your email in mid-September for more information on how to participate in and be eligible for the giveaways!
All clubs with active, public social media accounts on Instagram, X, Facebook and/or TikTok are eligible to enter. The promotion ends Saturday, September 20, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Only USA Gymnastics member clubs in good standing are eligible for the giveaways.
