Kalon Ludvigson of Pocatello, Idaho, earned the silver medal in men’s tumbling at the World Cup in Wuxi City, China, July 3, making this his 15th world medal. Yuliya Brown of Idaho Falls, Idaho, finished sixth among the women.


Ludvigson scored a 76.000 to earn second place while China’s Song Yang won the gold scoring 78.700. Russia’s Timofey Podust finished third with a 75.600.


In the women’s tumbling event, China’s Fangfang Jia won the gold with a score of 71.20 followed by Russia’s Anna Korobeynikova in second with 69.200 and Lingxi Chen of China in third with a 66.800.
