SOFIA, Bulgaria, May 26, 2016 – Serena Lu of Staten Island, N.Y./ Isadora, and Nastasya Generalova of Los Angeles, Calif/ California Rhythms, are competing in this weekend’s Sofia (Bulgaria) World Cup. Held at the Arena Armeec, competition begins Friday with the all-around competition and concludes on Sunday with event finals.
Lu was a member of the 2014 and 2015 World Championship team and the 2015 U.S. ball champion, ribbon silver medalist and all-around bronze medalist. A first year senior, Generalova placed fourth all-around at the recent Rhythmic Challenge in Lake Placid, N.Y.
