Liukin visits Charlotte to promote AT&T American Cup, Nastia Liukin Cup

2008 Olympic all-around champion Nastia Liukin was in Charlotte, N.C., to promote both the Nastia Liukin Cup and the AT&T American Cup, which will be held in nearby Greensboro, N.C. Liukin visited area gymnastics clubs to visit with young gymnasts, sign autographs and pose for photos. She also met with Charlotte media outlets to talk about the Nastia Liukin Cup, scheduled for Feb. 28, and the AT&T American Cup, set for March 1, at the Greensboro Sports Complex.

Liukin visited Kristi Phillips Athletic Center (KPAC), Everest Gymnastics Training Center, Southeastern Gymnastics and International Gymnastics. She was interviewed on the local NBC and Fox affiliates.
