LONDON, Oct. 13, 2009 – Fans will get a special glimpse of London, the host city of the 2009 World Gymnastics Championships and home for the 2012 Olympic Games, when “USA Gymnastics: Behind the Team” presents “Liukin ‘Round London,” four extra episodes that feature 2008 Olympic all-around champion Nastia Liukin and the sights and sounds of London.
In the first episode, available now exclusively on att.net/teamUSA, Liukin takes the camera along as she experiences London as a tourist for the first time. From the London Eye to the Tower guards, she guides viewers through the city in her own style, with fashion, facts and fun.
Liukin will continue her adventures in three more episodes, so check back Oct. 15 to see what she explores next.
The final 2009 “Behind the Team” episode will air following the NBC Sports broadcast of the 2009 Artistic Gymnastics World Championships.
