Rin Keys (Porter Ranch, Calif./Burlo Gymnastics) collected a silver medal in individual ribbon competition Sunday at the 2025 Cluj-Napoca World Challenge Cup in Romania.
Keys scored a 28.050 Sunday to place second in the ribbon final behind Ukraine’s Taisiia Onofriichuk in first (29.050). Keys also placed seventh in the ball final with a 25.200 and eighth in the individual all-around with an overall score of 112.200. Darja Varfolomeev of Germany was first (122.050) all-around and fellow American Megan Chu (San Diego, Calif./Pacific Stars Rhythmic Academy) ranked 15th with a 108.800.
In group competition, the Senior National Group of Goda Balsys (Northbrook, Ill.), Annabella Hantov (Northfield, Ill.), Greta Pavilonyte (Buffalo Grove, Ill.), Alaini Spata (Glen Ellyn, Ill.), Kalina Trayanov (Deerfield, Ill.) and Natalia Ye-Granda (San Diego, Calif.) were 10th all-around with a 44.500. The group from Spain was first with a 51.450.
