RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (August 22, 2025) – Rin Keys (Porter Ranch, Calif./Burlo Gymnastics) and Megan Chu (San Diego, Calif./Pacific Stars Rhythmic Academy) both advanced to the all-around final Thursday evening at the 2025 Rhythmic World Championships.
Keys and Chu will compete in Friday’s all-around final after being ranking amongst the top 18 athletes in qualifying. Keys secured her spot in sixth with an overall score of 85.200 while Chu advanced in 16th with an 82.750.
In apparatus competition, Keys will move onto the ribbon final after qualifying in fifth with a 28.200, in addition to having already qualified for the hoop and ball finals on Wednesday. Chu had the ninth-highest score on clubs (28.600) and will act as first reserve in Sunday’s final.
