INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (February 10, 2026) – Helping athletes transition from the mat to the broadcast booth, USA Gymnastics on Tuesday announced a three-athlete commentary team of Paul Juda, Trinity Thomas and Christian Marsh for the exclusive livestream of the 2026 Winter Cup February 21-22 in Louisville, Kentucky.

On two days of coverage streaming free on USA Gymnastics’ YouTube channel, Juda and Marsh will make up the commentary team for men’s Winter Cup competition on Saturday, Feb. 21, while Thomas will join Juda on Sunday for women’s coverage. The three will provide their unique perspectives on the competition, with special guests stopping by to join the conversation.

The all-athlete commentary team for one of USA Gymnastics’ premier events is an outgrowth of USA Gymnastics’ Creator Program, launched in 2025 as an initiative to help provide professional pathways and experience for recently retired athletes.

A Paris Olympic and 2023 World Championships team bronze medalist, Juda was first featured on USA Gymnastics’ 2024 Winter Cup livestream as a guest, alongside Olympian and veteran broadcasters John Roethlisberger and Sam Peszek. The University of Michigan grad will now serve for the first time as a lead commentator, in a new, more casual format.

“As someone who has competed several times in the Winter Cup elite competition, it will be exciting to be behind the screen watching the next generation of gymnasts,” said Juda. “I’m excited to add insights as to what goes on in the mind of an elite athlete!”

One of the most successful and high-profile collegiate gymnasts of the last several years, Thomas is a three-time NCAA champion from the University of Florida who served as a collegiate gymnastics analyst for ESPN throughout 2025 season. She most recently competed as an elite at Winter Cup in 2024.

“I’m honored and excited to be joining USAG’s YouTube livestream for Winter Cup,” remarked Thomas. “It’s an incredible opportunity to showcase the next generation of elite athletes, share their amazing performances, and connect with viewers everywhere.”

Rounding out the team is Marsh, a six-time USAG Collegiate All-American from the College of William & Mary who has experience in front of a microphone as co-host of the PODNASTICS! Podcast. Marsh will make his on-camera debut at Winter Cup.

“I am both humbled and excited by the opportunity to join the 2026 Winter Cup livestream,” said Marsh. “This is truly a dream opportunity for me. I hope my knowledge, experience, and love of the sport enhance what is sure to be a fun viewer experience.”
