2008 Olympic balance beam gold-medalist, all-around silver-medalist and "Dancing With The Stars" champion Shawn Johnson visited the Mall of America® on Sunday, July 10, to build awareness of USA Gymnastics’ 2011 Visa Championships coming Aug. 17-20 to Xcel Energy Center. Johnson spoke to fans, signed autographs and posed for photographs. Gymnasts from the University of Minnesota men’s and women’s programs, as well as three local clubs (Mini-Hops Gymnastics, Elite Gymnastics Academy and North Shore Gymnastics), did demonstrations throughout the afternoon.
