CHENGDU, China (August 13, 2025) – Audrey Johnson (Greenville, S.C) finished fourth in parkour women’s freestyle Wednesday to conclude U.S. competition at the 2025 edition of The World Games. In total, Americans earned four medals in gymnastics competition at the Games in China, matching the country’s 2022 performance at the event.
The 2024 World Championships silver medalist, Johnson, just missed out on a medal Wednesday, placing fourth in the women’s freestyle with a 20.500 behind Sara Tzancoff Banchoff in third with a 20.600. Chunsong Shang of China won gold with a 24.700 followed by Nene Nagai of Japan in second with a 22.900.
