Linnea Dohring, a senior at Grandville (Mich.) High School, is one of four women nominated for the ESPY Award for best female athlete with a disability. Voting is open through July 10. Dohring, who was born with a congenital limb difference called ulnar hemimelia, competes for her high school gymnastics team and her efforts on floor and vault helped her team to an eighth-place finish at the 2010 Michigan state finals. Although she is missing her right ulna, Dohring does not use a prosthetic device and competes against able-bodied competitors. Dohring is an honor student with a 3.8 GPA.
