PANAMA CITY, Panama (June 13, 2025) – Jayla Hang (Bellevue, Wash./Pacific Reign Gymnastics) and Hezly Rivera (Oradell, N.J./WOGA Gymnastics) clinched women’s all-around gold and bronze, respectively, as the U.S. women dominated qualifications Friday at the Senior Pan Am Championships.

Hang was in top form, winning the all-around with an overall 55.300 and being in the top three qualifying spots on each apparatus. She topped all qualifiers on uneven bars (13.867) and floor exercise (13.767), was No. 2 on balance beam (13.733) and third on vault (13.700; 13.933, 13.067). Rivera secured all-around bronze with a 52.667 and was best on beam with a 13.900 to advance to finals. Gabrielle Hardie (Sioux Falls, S.D./Twin City Twisters) will join Hang and Rivera in apparatus competition after ranking second on bars (13.533) and floor (13.567).

The U.S. women’s team of Hang, Hardie, Rivera, Dulcy Caylor (Spring, Texas/World Champions Centre) and Tiana Sumanasekera (Pleasanton, Calif./World Champions Centre) advanced to Saturday’s team final in first (163.601), more than six points ahead of Canada (157.099) in second and Argentina (152.232) in third position.
