Bruno Klaus was a vital contributor to Division II NCAA gymnastics, where he won four Division II National Championships at East Stroudsburg (Penn.) University. The former two-time NCAA Champion produced 92 All-Americans at E. Stroudsburg en route to three USGF National Collegiate Team Championships.
An advocate for safety, Klaus is also known for his involvement in gymnastics paralysis research as well as developing the 6 x 6 foam pit block regularly used today.
