Having coached, judged, and taught gymnastics since the 1960s, Delene Darst’s resume matches her personal motto, “Bags Packed, Ready to Travel, & Lookin’ for 10s!” She has held dozens of positions in her career to contribute to the sport of gymnastics, including seven years on the US Olympic Gymnastics Committee, five years on the National Coaching Staff for the Olympic Games, as well as officiating multiple national and international competitions. She also coached at many levels, from high school to national levels, for more than three decades.
