John Crosby

John Crosby, the winner of the Nissen Award for his outstanding collegiate career, exemplified all that it takes to be the best NCAA gymnast of the year. He won a gold medal as a Division I gymnast at the NCAA championships in his career, while in Division II he took home an astounding 12, including three All-Around titles. Crosby was an Olympian in the 1972 Games, as well as a World Cup and World Championships team member. By the end of his career, the former Marine Corp. aviator competed for the US on 18 international teams in the 1970s.
