INDIANAPOLIS, April 14, 2018 – 2017 U.S. all-around silver medalist Evita Griskenas of Orland Park, Ill./North Shore Rhythmic Gymnastics Center, placed eighth in the all-around and qualified to the ribbon final today at the World Cup in Pesaro, Italy. The event is part of the International Gymnastics Federation’s rhythmic gymnastics World Cup series. Competition wraps up tomorrow with the event finals. 

On the final day of qualification, Griskenas earned a 16.150 for clubs and a 15.650 for ribbon, and her all-around total of 65.500 put her in 8th place.  On Friday, Griskenas posted a 17.200 for hoop and 16.500 for ball. She qualified for both the ribbon and hoop finals. 2016 Olympic alternate Camilla Feeley of Highland Park, Ill./North Shore Rhythmic Gymnastics Center, placed 11th in the all-around with her 60.850 total (16.750, hoop; 15.700, ball; 14.100, clubs; 14.300, ribbon).
