LONDON, Jan. 13, 2012 – Three-time U.S. trampoline champion Steven Gluckstein of Atlantic Highlands, N.J./Ultra Twisters, earned a combined 103.340 total and 10th place earlier today, Jan. 13, at the 2012 Visa International Gymnastics event in London’s North Greenwich Arena. Meanwhile, teammate Logan Dooley of Lake Forest, Calif./World Elite Gymnastics, finished 14th with a score of 101.825.
Gluckstein scored 48.060 in his compulsory exercise and followed up with a 55.280 score on his optional routine, earning him a 10th place finish. Gluckstein was the second reserve athlete for the final. Dooley earned 46.085 and 55.740 points for his compulsory and optional routines, respectively.
In the final, Dong Dong and Lu Chunlong of China, finished first and second, while Italy’s Masaki Ito rounded out the top three.
