INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (February 3, 2026) – Five new members have been selected as representatives to the USA Gymnastics Athletes’ Council, the organization announced Tuesday.
Elections were held in late 2025 to select representatives who will serve terms through the end of 2029. Jaylene Gilstrap, who competed both as an elite and collegiate gymnast throughout her career, is a newly elected women’s artistic rep. Stanford University alumnus Brandon Briones was elected as the second representative for men’s artistic gymnastics.
Seventeen-time U.S. medalist Camilla Feeley will act as a representative for the rhythmic program, while 2023 World tumbling team bronze medalist Hope Bravo will serve in the same capacity for trampoline and tumbling. Taking on the representative role for the parkour discipline is two-time World Championships team member Matthew Hadley.
Re-elected to the Athletes’ Council were Akash Modi (men’s artistic) and Kiley Boynton (acrobatic). The group joins standing council members Lily Avila (rhythmic), Drew Collins (trampoline and tumbling), Jessie DeZiel (women’s artistic), Braiden McDougall (acrobatic), Logan Dooley (Team USA Athletes’ Commission) and Margzetta Frazier (Team USA Athletes’ Commission).
