Based on performances in the team finals, the top 24 gymnasts advance to the all-around finals, and the eight highest-ranking gymnasts for each event compete in the individual event finals. There is a limit of two gymnasts per country in the all-around and individual event finals. Qualification round scores do not carry forward to the finals. But for the two per country maximum, Wynn would have qualified for the high bar final.
The finals schedule is: Oct. 26, women’s (1 p.m.) and men’s all-around (5:30 p.m.); and Oct. 27-28, individual events, 1 p.m. both days. Bridgette Caquatto of Naperville, Ill./Legacy Elite Gymnastics LLC, and Brandie Jay of Ft. Collins, Colo./GK Gymnastics, are competing in the women’s all-around on Oct. 26.
