2027 National Xcelebration

The National Xcelebration brings together Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire Division athletes from across the United States who have qualified through their Regional meets. Inspired by the spirit of the Xcel program, the event celebrates its participants while emphasizing the program pillars of Sportsmanship, Leadership, Teamwork, and Fun.

The following provides details for the National Xcelebration (as of February 2026).

Xcel Divisions: Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire
Date: June 10-13, 2027
Qualification: Athletes will qualify through their respective Regional Championship meet.

Schedule

The meet will include opening ceremonies and 3 days of competition. The anticipated schedule will include 3 gyms for competition.

Day 1 (Thursday) – Opening Ceremony
Day 2 (Friday) – Competition Day 1
Day 3 (Saturday) – Competition Day 2
Day 4 (Sunday) – Competition Day 3

Judging Panel

Information provided as passed in the November 2025 Technical Committee Meeting Minutes.

Each gym will operate with four-judge panels. The Chief Judge (CJ) must hold at least a National rating and must have served as a Meet Referee (MR) or Chief Judge at the Xcel Regional meet in the same year. Panel Judges (PJs) must hold a minimum Level 10 rating and must have judged at an Xcel State or Regional meet in the same year.
Judges will be selected from each of the eight (8) Regions, with each Region submitting six (6) judges.
One (1) Meet Referee will be assigned to each gym.
Meet Referees will include the National Technical Committee Chair (NTCC), the Women’s Technical Director, and the Regional Technical Committee Chair (RTCC) representing the Region hosting the National Xcelebration.

When will additional meet details be available?

Various Women’s Program Committees meet each May with additional information published in the meeting minutes and provided in the Xcel Updates at Regional and National Congress events.
The 2026-27 Rules & Policies will include details related to procedures, awards, etc.
USAG will announce a location at a later date once site selection is made.
