Opening Ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 25th in the early evening. All participants should plan to arrive in Charleston by mid-day on Thursday.
Sessions will run through the end of day, Sunday, June 28th.

Spectator Tickets

No tickets will be needed for Opening Ceremony on Thursday, June 25th.

Early Bird $5 off discount until 11:59pm May 31st. Enter the code “EARLY” to unlock the special offer during this time.

Acrobatics and Tumbling Summit Registration Fees and Process

For athletes who are only attending the Summit, the fee is $250 per athlete
For athletes who will take part in both the GymFest and the Summit, add on Summit fee of $50 (in addition to GymFest Entry)
For coaches, judges, club owners and meet directors who are attending without athletes, the fee is $150
For coaches attending the Summit or GymFest with athletes, the fee is $50

To register, your club administrator will need to use the Group Processing function. Deadline for registration is May 20, 2026.

GymFest Entry Fee and Registration

$175 per gymnast regardless of the number of GymFest activities participated in.

All registration must be done through the USA Gymnastics registration system with a credit card payment.
The deadline for registration is May 1, 2026. No changes, cancellations or late registrations will be accepted after the deadline. No refunds will be available.
