2026 Acro Super Camp East

The 2026 Super Camp East will be open for registration for all Future Stars, Rising Stars, and all other developmental-Elite levels (including FIG levels). The purpose of the camp from a coach’s perspective will be to provide an opportunity for continued education, foster/build relationships with other coaches in the community and learn from knowledgeable clinicians. For the athletes, this will provide an immersive experience to work with outside clinicians, learn new skills, hone developed skills, and build relationships with other teams and athletes.

Space is limited to 150 athletes. Any athlete can attend (levels 2–Elite, including FIG levels).
Athletes who earned a spot on the Rising Stars or Future Stars Team are eligible for a camp discount.
There is no limit for the number of coaches or judges in attendance. Coaches may attend with or without athletes.

• Coaches and Judges not attending with a team will submit shirt size(s) by October 15th using the provided link: Shirt Size Form
• Once the registration limit is reached, a waiting list will be offered but does not guarantee a spot for attendance.

Registration window: September 14, 2026 – October 8, 2026
*** A $50.00 late fee will be incurred per person for registrations after the deadline.

• Athlete – $225.00
• Athlete Discount – $25.00 off for Rising Stars, Future Stars, & International Development Team Members (must request via email prior to registering)
• Coach (with registered athlete) – FREE
• Coach (no athletes) – $100.00
• Judge – $100.00
• Late Fee – Normal registration fee + $50.00 per person

You MUST make discount requests to Lanie Sherrick (ldavis@usagym.org) via email prior to registering, and she will create the cart for your team in order to receive the discounted rates.

*** EVERY Athlete/Coach/Judge must have a current membership in order to complete registration. Please make sure to take care of updating all memberships well before the deadline.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be given after the registration deadline.

• November 5th/6th – plan to arrive no later than 2:00 PM on November 6th.
• Day 1 – November 6, 2026 (Afternoon/Evening): Coaches educational sessions and Athlete Training.
• Day 2 – November 7, 2026 (Morning and Evening Sessions): Coaches educational sessions and 2 Athlete Training sessions (AM and PM); Evening Athlete Activity.
• Day 3 – November 8, 2026 (Morning Sessions): Coaches and Athlete Training.

Departures: Flights should be scheduled after 4:30 PM to allow enough time for travel to the airport from the training camp.

*** Coaches will receive schedules with rotation orders and clinicians 1 week prior to the event start.

• Athletes/Coaches/Judges are responsible for flights and transportation to and from the event. Please keep in mind current Safe Sport travel policies.
• Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) – approximately 13.3 miles (25–30 min) from the facility.

All snacks, drinks, and meals are to be scheduled and provided by the athlete/coaches/judges at their own expense.

• Athletes/Coaches/Judges are responsible for securing/booking hotel rooms for this event.
• Feel free to book accommodations that fit your team best based on budget. Please follow all Safe Sport guidelines when booking accommodations. No adults are allowed to room with athletes. Each athlete should have their own bed. Reach out with any questions on Safe Sport rooming policies.

All coaches and judges must wear athletic apparel with athletic shoes to be on the floor. The following dress code should be followed during all sessions:

• Warm-up pants, long pants, or capri-length pants only.
• Team polo shirt or team t-shirt. Warm-up jackets are optional.
• Gym/athletic shoes are required. No flip-flops.
• No denim allowed.
• No caps or hats allowed.

All athletes must wear club or athletic apparel on the floor. The following dress code should be followed during all training sessions:

• During training, girls may wear long-sleeve or sleeveless leotards, and boys may wear shorts and t-shirts.
• Girls may wear bike shorts or leggings during training or warm-up sessions.
• Athletes should have their hair secured.

• Floors: 2 spring floors (40×40). Additional spaces available during flex times.
• Trampolines: 6 total, plus 3 tumble tracks (limited usage time).
• Belts: 2 overhead spotting belts on each floor.
• Ceiling Height: 24 ft.
• Bathrooms available on site.
