ASUNCIÓN, Par. (May 25, 2025) – Americans won six medals Sunday on the final day of the 2025 Junior Rhythmic Pan American Championships in Paraguay, concluding the event with 18 total medals.
Natalia De la Rosa (Woodland Hills, Calif./Burlo Gymnastics) finished the championships a six-time gold medalist, adding the clubs (26.350) and ribbon (25.200) titles to her medal case Sunday afternoon to complete her sweep of the junior individual division. Also winning apparatus medals were Anna Filipp (Porter Ranch, Calif./Burlo Gymnastics), who took clubs silver with a 25.300, and Alicia Liu (San Diego, Calif./Pacific Stars Rhythmic Academy), who claimed ribbon bronze (24.000).
The Junior National Group of Alana Hirota (West Hills, Calif.), Nina Keys (Porter Ranch, Calif.), Ziah Khan (Irvine, Calif.), Leyla Kukhmazova (Porter Ranch, Calif.) and Sasha Kuliyev (Granada hills, Calif.) secured the five hoops silver medal (23.400) in a tie with the Brazilian junior group, and Hirota, Keys, Khan, Kuliyev and Katherine Roytman (Chatsworth, Calif./Burlo Gymnastics) picked up 10 clubs bronze with a 23.050.
At the conclusion of the championships, the U.S. totaled 18 medals across four days. A full medal table is listed below.
