GAINESVILLE, Fla. – In Friday’s only top-10 matchup, it was No. 2 Florida gymnastics using the nation’s 2020 high for the win over No. 8 LSU in a key Southeastern Conference meet.

SALT LAKE CITY – The No. 5-ranked Utah gymnastics team cruised by Arizona State in their Pac-12 opener on Friday night, topping the Sun Devils 197.050-194.300 in front of a capacity crowd of 15,558 fans at the Jon M. Huntsman Center.

MINNEAPOLIS – The No. 7 University of Minnesota downed No. 17 Illinois in their home opener. Minnesota won it with a team score of 196.300 to Illinois 195.225. The Maroon and Gold swept the podium on vault, bars and beam.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — In its fifth annual Flip for Chip meet, the No. 9-ranked University of Michigan women’s gymnastics team put on a show in a 197.300-192.950 win over Rutgers on Friday night (Jan. 25) at Crisler Center.

Ohio State 195.500, #11 Maryland 195.250, Central Michigan 194.325 – Jan. 25, 2020
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women’s gymnastics team posted a 195.500 to beat No. 11 Maryland and No. 23 Central Michigan on Saturday night at the Covelli Center.

#12 Kentucky 196.750, #19 Arkansas 196.650 – Jan. 24, 2020
AYETTEVILLE – Trailing 147.125 – 147.550 after three rotations, the University of Arkansas gymnastics team recorded four scores of 9.900 or better on the floor en route to a season-best 49.525 on the floor. The Gymbacks narrowly fell to no.13 Kentucky, 196.750 – 196.650.

ATHENS, Ga. — The University of Georgia gymnastics team hit a 197.325 in a win over Iowa State (196.625) on Monday.

#14 Auburn 196.700, #20 Missouri 196.650 – Jan. 24, 2020
AUBURN, Ala. – The No. 14 Auburn gymnastics team extended its winning streak in Auburn Arena to seven in a row, edging No. 20 Missouri with a season-high score of 196.700. The visiting Tigers finished with a 196.650 Friday night.

#15 BYU 197.075, Southern Utah 196.600 – Jan. 24, 2020
CEDAR CITY, Utah — 4,056 Thunderbird fans packed the America First Event Center to witness the Southern Utah Gymnastics team post their highest team score of the season, earning a 196.600. In the end, No. 15 BYU claimed the meet title with a 197.075.

#16 Nebraska 197.100, Michigan State 196.550 – Jan. 26, 2020
EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State gymnastics posted a season-high 196.550, for the fifth-best team score in program history, behind team season-best scores on bars (49.075) and floor (49.475), Sunday afternoon at Jenison Field House.

STANFORD, Calif. – Hosting No. 1 Oklahoma and No. 12 California on Saturday night at the Stanford Open, No. 2 Stanford posted the nation’s best score of 420.050 to capture the team title – leaving no doubt that it has the ability to repeat as national champion.

LINCOLN, Neb. – The Nebraska men’s gymnastics opened Big Ten competition at home with a win against Iowa with a score of 409.850 while the Hawkeyes finished with 402.950.

#4 Navy 402.000, #14 William & Mary 384.450 – Jan. 25, 2020
ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Navy gymnastics team continued producing high-scoring results as the Mids defeated the William & Mary Tribe by a score of 402.0-384.45 on Saturday afternoon in Macdonough Hall.

#9 Minnesota 402.800, #6 Illinois 400.900 – Jan. 24, 2020
MINNEAPOLIS – The Gophers opened their home season in monumental fashion on Friday night and defeated the Illinois Fighting Illini 402.800-400.900.

#13 Army 382.650, #16 Springfield 381.100 – Jan. 26, 2020
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Despite delivering their best score of the 2020 season, the Springfield College men’s gymnastics team was edged in their home opener in Blake Arena on Sunday by Army, 382.650-381.100.
