LAS VEGAS – The top-ranked LSU gymnastics team used a strong performance in the first two rotations to cruise past No. 23 North Carolina State, 195.825-193.625, in the Lady Luck Invitational Thursday evening at South Point Hotel.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — The No. 1-ranked University of Michigan women’s gymnastics team improved to 4-0 on the season with a 196.950-195.275 victory over Ohio State on Saturday (Jan. 16), but the Wolverines also won by raising awareness of autism to 2,832 fans at Crisler Center.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The nation’s top duel of the weekend went to the Florida Gators in front of an enthusiastic Stephen C. O’Connell Center crowd of 6,511. The three-time defending NCAA champions opened home action with a 197.675 – 196.925 win over UCLA.

NORMAN — Competing in front of its home crowd for the first time this season, the No. 4 Oklahoma women’s gymnastics team tallied a 197.125 to rise past No. 11 California (194.225) and Texas Woman’s University (188.250) and secure a pair of wins inside Lloyd Noble Center Friday night.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The Arkansas gymnastics team scored a 195.900 in their second of a back-to-back meet weekend on Sunday afternoon in Barnhill Arena. Visiting team Oklahoma had a 197.050 as the No. 3 Sooners eclipsed the 196.775 team score by Georgia on Friday Night.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The No. 6 Alabama gymnastics team opened its home and Southeastern Conference schedule with a win over No. 14 Missouri, 197.175-196.050, in front of 10,860 fans.

CEDAR CITY, Utah – In front of a packed Centrum Arena crowd on Friday night the No. 30 Thunderbird gymnastics team hosted the No. 7 University of Utah and scored a 195.600 in the process. The Utes were able to win the meet with a 196.725.

WASHINGTON – The George Washington gymnastics team totaled 13 podium appearances, including a sweep of the all-around, and scored 195.425 to top the opposition and win its fourth straight Lindsey Ferris Invitational on Sunday afternoon at the Charles E. Smith Center.

DENTON, Texas (Jan. 17) – The TWU gymnastics team rebounded from a rough showing on Friday at Oklahoma with a season-high Sunday afternoon against No. 10 Arizona. The Wildcats captured the dual meet with a 193.475 while the Pioneers posted a 192.450.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – In 13 years of Arkansas gymnastics, no team scored higher in its home opener than the 2016 Razorbacks did on Friday night. No. 16 Arkansas had a 196.700, just falling shy of No. 15 Georgia, who scored a 196.775 as visitors in Barnhill Arena.

LOGAN, Utah – Utah State’s gymnastics program remained perfect on the young season with a 194.100-193.500 victory against 16th-ranked Kent State in front of an announced crowd of 1,203 Friday night at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.

DURHAM, N.H. – Danielle Doolin (Medford, N.J.) set four personal-best scores and matched another career high to capture the all-around championship in the 18th-ranked University of New Hampshire gymnastics team’s 196.075-189.700 victory over Yale University on Thursday night at Lundholm Gym.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Behind a career-best all-around showing from junior Alexa Goldberg, the West Virginia University gymnastics team rolled past No. 18 New Hampshire, 195.8-195.225, this afternoon in front of 2,390 fans in a Beauty and the Beast meet at the WVU Coliseum.

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers gymnastics scored best on vault for the second consecutive meet, but took a 195.500-191.600 defeat against No. 19 Illinois in its Big Ten opener Saturday at the RAC. It was also the home opener for the Scarlet Knights.

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan gymnastics team improved to 3-0 on the season and 1-0 in MAC play, defeating both Bowling Green and Eastern Michigan in a three-way meet on Sunday.
