GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The No. 1 Florida gymnastics team won its Valentine’s Day meeting with No. 11 Arkansas Friday in front of a Stephen C. O’Connell Center crowd of 6,124. Florida turned in a 197.525 and the Razorbacks posted a 196.025.

#2 Oklahoma 198.175, #3 LSU 197.875, #17 Arizona 195.625, Kentucky 194.850 – Feb. 15, 2014
FORT WORTH, Texas — The #2 Oklahoma Sooners used a 198.175, the highest score in the nation this year and the second-highest score in program history, to top No. 3 LSU (197.875), Arizona (195.625) and Kentucky (194.850) in the Metroplex Challenge.

#5 Alabama 197.500, #12 Auburn 197.100 – Feb. 14, 2014
AUBURN, Ala. — Auburn’s score of 197.100 was the second best in school history, and was tempered when top gymnast Bri Guy landed hard at the end of the final event, the floor exercise. Alabama scored 197.500.

LINCOLN, Neb. – The No. 7 Nebraska women’s gymnastics team battled uncharacteristic struggles in their loss against Big Ten rival Michigan Friday night 196.650-196.125.

#9 UCLA 196.675, Washington 195.650 – Feb. 16, 2014
SEATTLE — The No. 23 University of Washington Gymnastics team ended Sunday evening with a total team score of 195.650 against the ninth-ranked UCLA Bruins who won the meet with a 196.675.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – For the third straight meet, the No. 21 Penn State women’s gymnastics program posted a season-high score, claiming a 196.675-195.600 over Np. 15 Illinois in their annual Flip for the Cure meet inside Rec Hall.

CEDAR CITY, Utah – Southern Utah University gymnastics endured a late charge from the University of Denver on beam during the final rotation as an opening lead of more than eight-tenths narrowed to a 195.550-195.450 victory for the Thunderbirds at the end of the night.

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – A rough time on bars was too much to overcome for the Central Michigan gymnastics team as it fell at home on Sunday for the first time this season to No. 25 Kent State, 195.525-195.500.

IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa women’s gymnastics team posted a season best on Friday night inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena in its annual Pink Meet, falling to No. 20 Ohio State, 195.275-195.075.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 4 Ohio State men’s gymnastics team scored a program best 443.300 Friday night, defeating No. 8 California, 443.300 – 426.500, in its first home meet of the season at St. John Arena.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., Feb. 15, 2014 -In the Nittany Lions’ first Big Ten conference meet of the season, No. 7 Penn State defeated No. 5 Illinois 436.050-431.150 Saturday evening at Rec Hall, stretching the team’s winning streak to five consecutive team titles.

PHILADELPHIA – Men’s gymnastics placed third in their final meet of the 2014 season at McGonigle Hall, with Air Force placing first with 424.55 points.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Navy gymnastics team matched its season-high team score with 420.1 points on Sunday afternoon as it narrowly fell to William & Mary by just 2.1 points.

#9 Air Force 417.850, #13 Army 416.050 – Feb. 14, 2014
WEST POINT, N.Y. – Thirteenth-ranked Army headed into the final event trailing Air Force by just 1.25 points, but the ninth-ranked Falcons outscored the Black Knights 68.85-68.3 on high bar to escape with a 417.85-416.05 decision at Gross Sports Center Friday evening.

Springfield, Mass. – February 16, 2014 – Despite impressive performances from both Ryan Ponce (Tolland, Conn.) and Jon Zirna (Buffalo, N.Y.), the Springfield College men’s gymnastics team fell to the visiting Army Black Knights 426.350-418.600 on Sunday afternoon at Blake Arena.
