ATHENS—–No. 1 Florida posted the nation’s highest score to date and beat fourth-ranked Georgia 197.725-196.600 in front of 9,794 fans Saturday at Stegeman Coliseum.

#2 Stanford 196.475, #6 Oregon State 196.350, #10 UCLA 196.300 – Feb. 11, 2011
CHICAGO – Shelley Alexander, Stanford’s final performer of the night, scored a 9.9 on the balance beam to win the competition and give the No. 2 Stanford women’s gymnastics team a narrow victory over No. 6 Oregon State and No. 10 UCLA at the IGI Chicago Style Invitational at Navy Pier on Friday night.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Senior Kylee Botterman earned the first 10.0 score in the NCAA this season but the eighth-ranked University of Michigan women’s gymnastics team settled for runner-up with a 196.500 score in a tri-meet showdown, finishing behind No. 2 Stanford (196.800) and earning a victory over No. 9 Nebraska (195.400) on Sunday (Feb. 13) inside Crisler Arena.

SALT LAKE CITY – The 2011 Utah gymnastics mantra to improve every meet worked again, as the Utes surpassed their previous season best for the fifth-straight week, beating No. 13 Washington 196.975-195.475.

#5 Oklahoma 197.225, Iowa State 195.375 – Feb. 11, 2011
AMES, Iowa— The No. 25 Iowa State gymnastics team were propelled to their season-best score of 195.375. No. 5 Oklahoma still proved to be too much, totaling its highest team tally of 2011 at 197.225 to win the Big 12 Conference competition Friday in Hilton Coliseum.

#7 Alabama 197.075, Auburn 194.850 – Feb. 11, 2011
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Coaches Sarah and David Patterson notched their 400th regular-season victory Friday night as the No. 7 ranked Alabama gymnastics team beat No. 21 Auburn 197.075-194.850 in front of a sold-out crowd of 15,075 fans in Coleman Coliseum Friday night.

#11 Arkansas 195.325, #19 LSU 194.875 – Feb. 11, 2011
BATON ROUGE – For the second-straight meet LSU freshman gymnast Sarie Morrison won the all-around title, beating 13th-ranked Jaime Pisani of Arkansas with a 39.350, but the Tigers fell 195.325-194.875 to the Razorbacks Friday in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.

San Jose-The lights in Spartan Gym shone brightly Friday night for the San Jose State women’s gymnastics team as the Spartans scored the second-highest team score in school history in a quadrangular meet with Boise State, UC Davis and Seattle Pacific.

KENT, Ohio — The Kent State gymnastics team lost to Central Michigan, 195.100-194.875, Saturday (Feb. 12) at the M.A.C. Center.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 15 Ohio State women’s gymnastics team set another team season high to top West Virginia, 195.600-195.100, Saturday afternoon at St. John Arena.

CHICAGO – The Flames recorded its second consecutive score of 193-plus, defeating Ball State by a final tally of 193.175-191.925.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — The University of North Carolina Gymnastics Team was outmatched by the No. 18 Penn State on Friday, Feb. 11. The Tar Heels tallied their third highest team-score of the season, including personal bests fromKrista Jasper and Elizabeth Durkac.

OAKLAND, Calif. – Thanks to an all-around title-winning performance from sophomore Donothan Bailey, the No. 2 California men’s gymnastics team upset No. 1 Stanford, 343.3-339.7, on Saturday evening at the Gold Country Classic.

#6 Michigan 344.05, #3 Illinois 340.4 – Feb. 12, 2011
ANN ARBOR, Mich. — The No. 6-ranked University of Michigan men’s gymnastics team dominated Big Ten rival and No. 3-ranked Illinois, 344.050-340.400, in the first home meet of the season on Saturday (Feb. 12) in Cliff Keen Arena.

#4 Oklahoma 360.6, #10 Nebraska 349.7, #13 UIC 332.5 – Feb. 12, 2011
Lincoln, Neb. – The No. 10 Nebraska men’s gymnastics team came in second against No .4 Oklahoma and No. 13 University of Illinois-Chicago Sunday afternoon at the Devaney Center.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The fifth-ranked Penn State men’s gymnastics team recorded a season high score for the fifth consecutive week, downing No. 16 Springfield College, 352.300-316.300, on Saturday night at Rec Hall.

#7 Minnesota 336.5, #9 Iowa 330.1 – Feb. 11, 2011
IOWA CITY – The University of Iowa men’s gymnastics team came up short in conference action, falling to Minnesota. The No. 9 Hawkeyes were defeated by the seventh-ranked Golden Gophers 336.500-330.100 Friday at the UI Field House.

#8 Ohio State 348.25, #19 Brockport 224.3 – Feb. 12, 2011
COLUMBUS, Ohio – In the first home meet of the 2011 regular season, the eighth-ranked Ohio State men’s gymnastics team posted a season-high 348.250 in dual competition against Brockport (224.300) Saturday afternoon at St. John Arena.

WEST PONT, N.Y. – Army’s gymnastics team suffered a 324.1-322.8 loss to Navy in the "Star" Match that came down to the final events in one of the closest meets in the rivalry.

Williamsburg, Va. (Feb. 12, 2011) – The 17th-ranked William and Mary men’s gymnastics squad kicked off its home schedule on Saturday afternoon with a solid 331.3-point team effort at the State Open in Kaplan Arena.
