ATHENS, Ga. — The fifth-ranked Georgia gymnastics team posted a season-high 196.725 – the second-best score in the country to date – in Monday afternoon’s win over EAGL rival West Virginia inside Stegeman Coliseum.

STANFORD, Calif. – The Stanford women’s gymnastics team earned its second victory in two meets over defending national champion UCLA, pulling away on the final rotation to capture the dual meet before a packed house at Burnham Pavilion on Sunday.

CLEVELAND — The No. 11 ranked Kent State gymnastics team tied Brigham Young for first place at its home-away-from-home quad meet Friday (Jan. 21) at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland.

#13 Arkansas 194.975, Kentucky 193.525 – Jan. 21, 2011
LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky gymnastics team posted a season-high score on uneven bars and got excellent individual performances by junior Whitney Rose on vault and sophomore Caitlyn Ciokajlo on uneven bars, but fell 193.525-194.975 to No. 13 Arkansas in its Southeastern Conference home opener at Memorial Coliseum on Friday.

EAST LANSING, Mich. – The Michigan State gymnastics team hosted Minnesota on Saturday, Jan. 22 at Jenison Field House in the fifth annual Jan Howard Flip for a Cure and Breast Cancer Awareness meet. The No. 14 Golden Gophers topped MSU, 194.450 to 191.400.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women’s gymnastics team tied Illinois with a season-high score of 195.350 Saturday afternoon at St. John Arena.

STANFORD, Calif. – No. 3 Stanford avenged its loss last week to No. 2 California with a dominating performance on the way to a 364.400-358.800 win.

NORMAN, Okla. — The fourth-ranked Oklahoma men’s gymnastics team easily defeated No. 8 Ohio State in Saturday’s "Cleveland Elementary Night" in front of 1,065 fans at the McCasland Field House.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – On the strength of stellar performances in the still rings and vault, the No. 5 Penn State men’s gymnastics team knocked off defending national champion Michigan, 350.400-346.900, on Saturday evening.

#10 Iowa 342.000, #12 UIC 329.300 – Jan. 22, 2011
IOWA CITY, Iowa -The University of Iowa men’s gymnastics team picked up its first victory of the season, with JD Reive also earning his first victory as a head coach, as Iowa rolled to a 342.000-329.300 victory against Illinois-Chicago Saturday night.

#11 Temple 327.300, #14 Navy 324.300, William & Mary 316.100, #16 Springfield 309.050 – Jan. 22, 2011
ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Navy junior gymnast Andrew Faulk posted a career-best score of 85.7 to claim the all-around title at the Navy Open on Saturday. As a team, the Midshipmen posted a season-high score of 324.3 and placed second behind 11th-ranked Temple, which totaled a 327.3.

#12 Air Force 330.000, #15 Army 307.500 – Jan. 22, 2011
USAF ACADEMY, Colo. – Six different gymnasts accounted for event titles, as the 12th-ranked Air Force men’s gymnastics team defeated service academy rival and 14th-ranked Army, 330.000-307.500, in its first dual meet of the regular season on Saturday, Jan. 22, at the Cadet West Gym.
